Under Australian Consumer Law, swimwear is classified as underwear therefore we do not offer returns for full refunds. Returns of thong bottoms are not permitted of any kind.
We are happy to accept International returns on items that are not thong bottoms and we can offer you a credit note. If a discount code has been used on your sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. These are deemed final sale items.
Accessories such as push up pads or hygiene liners are not permitted for returns.
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Orders discounted with a code cannot be returned.

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund or credit note will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for this credit note to be issued to you. 14 days during sale periods.

Please note We CANNOT ship to PO BOXES, all International Express packages must be signed upon delivery. Therefore packages cannot be left unattended in your letterbox or at your door. Please also note once dispatched we are unable to change or re-direct your shipment. This is why it is important to check that all details are correct before proceeding to check out.
