To our USA customers, working out how we ease these for you is one of the top priorities in our business.
We're struggling with finding the best solutions right now, but you can still place an order (it's just a high cost for shipping).
We're so grateful for all orders placed by you in the interim, and we promise that this high shipping cost is only temporary. We appreciate you, we miss you dearly and we're committed to finding a way through the chaos. -
Domestic shipping can take up to 8 business days- the longest being orders to WA.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days pending how quickly customs clears in your country. The USA is experiencing a backlog currently and is a little unpredictable for both express and standard. -
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
For domestic orders here in Australia, we offer free shipping over $170 AUD.
For orders to the USA, shipping is a high cost while we work through tarrifs. This cost includes your tarrifs and shipping combined. This cost is hopefully only temporary while we look for solutions (or loopholes) to make this more affordable for you in the future.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.
Unfortunately free shipping has been disabled for the USA while we navigate tarrifs but it will be back as soon as we find the best solution. A huge thank you for your understanding while we navigate this one. -
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. -

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control both during production, post production and upon arrival to us. We also quality check each piece individually before it is sent out to you.
If you come across a material defect, please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects with supporting images and our friendly team will be able to assist you.
We do not cover damage from wear and tear as our fabric is delicate and should be treated as such.Also if threads are broken from being stretched due to incorrect sizing ordered or wear over time from weight wain, we unfortunately do not cover this also. in saying that, our pieces are made to stretch twice in size and should fit comfortably on most.

We don't offer warranties on our swimwear but do follow Australian consumer law on faulty items.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund given discount codes have not been used when placing the order.
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any thong like bottoms due to hygiene factors.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are ineligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are ineligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
